Opening of Aomori BO Center

Chubu Electric Power is proud to announce that it decided to open in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture the "Aomori BO Center (note) ," conducting administrative processes that have increased with the deregulation of electric power. Today the company signed a basic agreement with Aomori City and Aomori Prefecture concerning the opening of a business establishment.

Efforts are underway at Chubu Electric Power to streamline and improve the efficiency of the company's business management. From January 2017, the Aomori BO Center will handle the following operations in an integrated manner: inputting various data; switching to and registering for automatic meter inspections, and; preparing and sending out customer guides on smart meter replacement work.
