Haseko Anesis and Chubu Electric Power Forge Business Tie-Up in Electric Power and Gas Sales

Haseko Anesis Corporation (President and Representative Director: Hiroshi Kinoshita, hereinafter "Haseko Anesis") and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (President & Director: Satoru Katsuno, hereinafter "Chubu Electric Power") have today signed an agreement on a business tie-up in electric power and gas sales.
The agreement involves Haseko Anesis and Chubu Electric Power collaborating in marketing electric power to residential customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area and selling gas to residential customers in the Toho Gas service area.

Using Chubu Electric Power Group's know-how in electric power sales, the two companies will offer a "Haseko Electricity by Chubu Electric" KatEne Plan to customers living in condominiums Haseko Group is entrusted with and manages in TEPCO Power Grid service areas. The companies will also provide "KatEne Gas Plan for HASEKO" to customers who are Toho Gas city gas users and reside in condominiums that have been installed with the collective high-voltage power reception service offered by Haseko Anesis.

Haseko Anesis and Chubu Electric Power will actively make efforts concerning the full retail deregulation of electric power and gas, and strive to cater to customers' various energy needs.
