Change in the transfer date of the low-level radioactive waste

Chubu Electric Power has changed the details of the transfer of low-level radioactive waste to the Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station as follows.
Before change
Scheduled transfer date April 16, 2019 (Tues.)
After change
Scheduled transfer date April 17, 2019 (Wed.)
The date on which the fuel will be carried out of Japan Nuclear Fuel Limited's Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Center was changed from the initially scheduled April 13 (Sat.) to April 14 (Sun.). Chubu Electric Power's transfer date was changed to April 17 (Wed.) in order to accommodate this change.
Other details, including the number of canisters transferred, transfer zone or transport methods, have not been changed.
