Shipments of spent fuels to the spent-fuel receiving and storage facilities of Japan Nuclear Fuel Ltd. were completed today, as outlined below.
1.Shipment routes
(1) From the Hamaoka Nuclear Power Plant to Chubu Electric Power's private quay at the Port of Omaezaki
- Transport vessel berthed: Thursday, February 16, 7:55 am
- Land transportation began: 10:57 am
- Land transportation completed: 11:33 am
- Loading/unloading of shipping containers began: 12:39 pm
- Loading/unloading of shipping containers completed: 2:22 pm
- Transport vessel departed: 4:00 pm
(2) At the private quay of the Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station
- Transport vessel berthed: Friday, February 17, 3:35 pm
