Agreement reached on annual bonuses for 2006 fiscal year

In a collective-bargaining session that began at 11:50 a.m. Thursday, March 16, agreement was reached with the Chubu Electric Power employees' labor union on the following annual bonuses for the 2006 fiscal year.

• Annual bonuses:

  • Summer: 1.5 months' pay + 293,000 yen
  • Winter: same as summer bonuses
  • Average total amount paid over the year: 1,792,000 yen/employee
    (Summer bonus: 891,000 yen, winter bonus: 901,000 yen)
