Contribution to "Chubu Green Power Fund"

Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc.

Chubu Electric will make a donation to the Chubu Green Power Fund, managed by the Chubu Industrial Advancement Center (Chairman: Fumio Kawaguchi).


The fund, established in October 2000, collects donations from customers who support the generation of power from natural energy sources and then uses the money collected to promote power facilities using those sources.


Chubu Electric assists in program operations by accepting subscriptions and donations to the fund as well as making its own donation each year.


Chubu Electric firmly believes that with the public's understanding and support, the Chubu Green Power Fund will greatly accelerate the diffusion of power from natural energy.


This year's donation to the fund is as described below.
