In a joint venture with DAIKYO INCORPORATED (HQ: 4-24-13 Sendagaya Shibuya Tokyo; CEO: Masaaki Tashiro), CHUBU Electric Power Co., Inc is putting company property on the market in the form of All Electric condominiums at LIONS TOKUGAWAEN SHINDEKI Le-Cross.

In addition to being All Electric, these condominiums are outfitted with commuf@ fiber optic high-speed internet service provided by CHUBU Group company CHUBU TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., INC, and will have home performance assessments performed by the CHUBU JUHO Home securities firm.
