Notice of an incident involving the loss of work uniform and misplaced employee ID card

We wish to report an incident in which one of our employees left his work uniform with the company name and an employee ID card, contained in a navy cloth bag, on a Kintetsu Line train on December 19, 2005.
We reported the lost property to Kintetsu Tomisuhara Station, where our employee got off the train, and to the Yokkaichi-kita Police Station. We have searched for but have yet to recover these articles.
Although no unauthorized use of the work uniform or employee ID card has been reported, we inform you of this incident to allow you to take the precautions you see fit.
If you find the work uniform and employee ID card, we ask that you contact the nearest Chubu Electric Power office.

On train bound for Yokkaichi on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line
3. Articles lost
The lost navy cloth bag contained the following articles:
- (1) Work uniform with the company name (top: yellow jacket with green sleeves, bottom: green)
- (2) Safety shoes
- (3) Employee ID card

* All Chubu Electric Power employees carry ID cards when making visit to customers. Please ask them to display these cards. (The employee ID cards should bear their photos.)
