The number of all-electric homes in the Chubu Electric service area has surpassed 300,000 as of the end of January 2007, a year ahead of our medium-term target, set in FY2005, to reach 300,000 all-electric homes cumulatively by FY2007.
We appreciate our customers' loyal patronage.
Having reached this target ahead of schedule is a sign that, in addition to past promotional activities, word of mouth from existing customers has made others largely familiar with the advantages on the all-electric home, including comfort, economy and a feeling of confidence. This reputation is further supported by study results showing that 98% of owners are satisfied with their all-electric homes*.

Chubu Electric will continue actively promoting all-electric homes as we set even higher targets for their adoption.
