The No.5 reactor at the Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station (advanced boiling water reactor: rated electrical output 1,380 MW) (*1) was started up at 10:49 pm on February 19 and adjustment operations have been resumed.
(Already announced on February 20, 2007)
Electric power generation resumed at 2:34 pm this afternoon.
*1: Rated electrical output is approximately 1,300 MW under regulated operations with constant rated heat output using pressure plates.
