August 31, 2006
Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc.

Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc discovered on August 29 that technical data on thermal power facilities was leaked to the Winny peer-to-peer network. This was the result of a virus infection on the home computer of an employee of a company working with Chubu Electric affiliate company Chubu Plant Service Co., Ltd.
