(1) Commercial (office building and commercial facility customers)
Sales rose 2.5% year on year, with strong sales for commercial facilities.
(2) Industrial and other (medium and large factory customers)
Sales were up 4.0% year on year because of certain strong industry sectors (machinery, etc.) and the increased number of days of operation at some customers.
Sales by major type of contract

Note:
Beginning in April 2005, demand for extra high-voltage power services includes all figures for clients using high-voltage power. Year-on-year growth rates have been calculated by replacing the client categories used in previous years with those from FY 2005.
