As part of its initiatives to solve global environmental problems, Chubu Electric is developing and implementing commercial wind power.
We have recently formulated plans to develop wind power along the coast in Omaezaki City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This is our second development plan in Omaezaki City following plans announced in November of last year. Chubu Electric looks forward to working with the local population and institutions of this area as we develop these plans.
We will continue to implement wind and other alternative energy sources as we seek solutions to global environmental problems.
