Climate control equipment received more use because of the cooler weather, but because of factors such as a decline in the number of contracts, demand was down 3.7% YoY.

2   Demand for extra high-voltage power services: Down 0.9% YoY

(1) Commercial (office building and commercial facility customers)

Greater use of climate control equipment due to the weather and other factors resulted in a 0.3% increase in sales volume YoY.

(2) Industrial and other (medium and large factory customers)

Automobile-related production rose in the first half of the fiscal year, but production of steel, etc. declined in the second half, causing sales to fall 1.3% YoY.
