Electric Charges and How to Pay Your Bill Payment of Charges

When is my payment due date?

An electric charge is incurred on the day that the meter is read. You must pay your electricity bill no later than 31 days after the meter reading day.

What if I fail to pay before the due date?

If you pay after the regular payment period, late payment surcharges for the elapsed days will be added to your bill to be paid. (10% surcharges per year (0.03% per day))
However, if you pay no later than the 11th day from the due date, the late payment surcharges will not be added.
Unless you pay no later than the 21st day from the due date, it can result in interruption of electric service. You will receive a letter of notice before the service is interrupted. When you inform us that you have completed your payment, your electricity will be restored immediately.
