Commencement of Operations at Wind Farm Toyotomi

Toyotomi Wind Energy LLC ("the project company"), a joint venture between Ｌｏｏｏｐ Inc. (Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & COO: Takumi Morita; "Ｌｏｏｏｐ") and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (Head Office: Higashi-ku, Nagoya; President & Director: Kingo Hayashi; "Chubu Electric Power"), has completed construction of Wind Farm Toyotomi ("the power plant") and began commercial operation on March 2.
The power plant is a 30,000kW onshore wind power plant constructed in Toyotomi-cho Teshio-gun, Hokkaido, and approximately 79 million kWh of electricity will be generated annually.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of the local community and relevant parties in the construction of the power plant.
The two investment companies and the project company will operate the power plant with the utmost consideration for the safety and security of local residents, and will continue to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society through the operation of the power plant.
