Conclusion of Negotiations on Wage Revisions and Annual Bonuses FY2026

Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc., and Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. today announced that each of the companies has reached an agreement with the Chubu Electric Power Labor Union regarding the revision of wages and annual bonuses for FY2026.

Details of the agreement(Note) The details of the agreement are the same for all three companies.

• Wage revision
  Wage revision to increase by 12,000 yen for a high school graduate, 29 years old, with 11 years of service.
  In addition to the above, following the increase in starting salaries, a wage revision will be implemented to increase wages by 2,500 yen for a high school graduate, 29 years old, with 11 years of service.

• Annual bonus
  Total annual payment 1,940,000 yen per person

• Starting salary (employee)
  

  Graduate School (Doctoral Degree)	327,700 yen (12,000 yen increase)
  Graduate School (Master's Degree)	291,000 yen (14,000 yen increase)
  University	270,000 yen (17,000 yen increase)
  Technical college	238,000 yen (13,000 yen increase)
  Junior college	238,000 yen (13,000 yen increase)
  High school	213,000 yen (13,000 yen increase)
