Recruitment Plan for FY2027

We are announcing that we have compiled the recruitment plans (Note) for FY2027 for the three Chubu Electric Power companies, including Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc. and Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. The total number of regular and career hires planned for the year is to be 620.

Regarding regular hires, we planned to hire 465 (down 30 from the previous year) from the viewpoint of securing personnel over the medium to long term.
We will secure the human resources necessary to simultaneously "complete our unchanging mission" of delivering quality energy in a safe, affordable, and stable manner and "create new value" by solving local and social issues.

With regard to career hires, we planned to hire 155 employees (down 65 from the previous year), taking into account that we have secured a certain level of personnel required for the expansion of new business areas and that the business environment has changed.
We aim to secure ready-to-work human resources with diverse backgrounds to further strengthen our business foundation, including enhancing technical personnel at Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc. and strengthening the sales force of Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc.

We will leverage the respective characteristics of regular and career hires, and hire the human resources needed for the growth and transformation of the Group in a continuous and timely manner, thereby promoting our human resources strategy and achieving sustainable growth.

(Note) The recruitment plan for FY2027 consists of regular hires scheduled to join in April 2027 and career hires scheduled to join during FY2026.
