Outline of Chubu Electric Power Group’s New Medium-Term Management Plan

The Chubu Electric Power Group is currently developing a new medium-term management plan covering fiscal year 2026 and beyond.
In formulating this plan, it is necessary to thoroughly assess the direction of governance reforms and their impact on the plan, taking into consideration the results of the investigation conducted by a committee composed solely of outside experts independent of the Company regarding the inappropriate practices related to the determination of design-basis earthquake ground motion during the review of the Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station's compliance with the new regulatory standards.

In light of these circumstances, and in order to provide our stakeholders with an early indication of the Chubu Electric Power Group's management direction prior to the announcement of the full plan, we hereby announce that we have compiled the "Outline of the New Medium-Term Management Plan."
