Core Values: Establishment of the Chubu Electric Power Group Code of Conduct

Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. ("Chubu Electric Power"), today announces the establishment of the Chubu Electric Power Group Code of Conduct, "Core Values".

In April last year, we formulated a new corporate philosophy in order to respond to changes in the business environment surrounding Chubu Electric Power and achieve sustainable growth together with our stakeholders.(Press release issued on April 28, 2025)

To further instill this new corporate philosophy, we believe it is essential for every executive and employee to approach their daily work with a high sense of ethics and responsibility, while applying creativity and ingenuity. Accordingly, we have formulated the Core Values to concretize the behavioral principles of Our Values—"Sincerity and Effort," "Creativity and Challenge," and "Independence and Cooperation"—that we have cherished since our founding, and to embed them as part of our corporate culture.

In accordance with the Core Values, we are committed to meeting the expectations and trust of our stakeholders by considering and practicing actions appropriate for executives and employees of the Chubu Electric Power Group.
