Regarding the Possibility of a Data Breach Due to Unauthorized Access

We hereby announce that we have confirmed that unauthorized access to certain systems used by our company may have resulted in the leakage of some of our officers' and employees' emails and our group's contact information to external parties (hereinafter referred to as "this incident").
Please note that this incident did not cause any system failures or disruptions to the power supply, and no leakage of electricity or gas customer information has been confirmed at this time.
We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this incident may have caused.
1. Overview of the Incident
On July 29, 2026, we received information from a third-party organization and conducted an investigation. As a result, we confirmed that credentials related to certain systems used by our company were misused, and that, to the extent confirmed at this time, approximately 2,400 emails belonging to our executives and employees, as well as contact information for our Group, may have been accessed without authorization. We promptly implemented measures on the same day to prevent further damage.

3. Our Response
After confirming the occurrence of this incident, we have implemented the following measures:
- Deactivation of the credentials used for unauthorized access and blocking of the source of the unauthorized access
- Confirmation that there are no traces of unauthorized access to systems handling power supply or customer information
- Identification and thorough review of the content of emails that may have been leaked
- Investigation in collaboration with external specialized agencies
- Reporting to and consultation with relevant parties (relevant government agencies, the Personal Information Protection Commission, the police, etc.)
4 . Future Actions
We will continue our investigation in collaboration with external specialized agencies and will respond appropriately while maintaining close coordination with relevant parties. Furthermore, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will promptly contact those affected individually.
5. Please Be Wary of Suspicious Emails and Phone Calls Posing as Our Group
If you receive any suspicious emails or phone calls from individuals posing as employees of our Group, please do not access any URLs in the email body, open any attachments, or provide any personal information or other responses.
