Receipt of a Request for a Report from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Pursuant to Article 106, Paragraph 3 of the Electricity Business Act

Regarding a partial error in the cost calculation included in the notification of changes to the Specific Retail Supply Terms and Conditions submitted to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry on February 6, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "this matter," as a press release issued on September 10, 2026), Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. received a request for a report from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry on September 10, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Article 106, Paragraph 3 of the Electricity Business Act, and submitted the required report today (Press release issued on September 29, 2026).

Today, the Company received a request for a report from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry regarding this matter, pursuant to the provisions of Article 106, Paragraph 3 of the Electricity Business Act.
