Chubu Area Electric Power Demand Results for FY2017

Demands for electricity were up 2.5% year-on-year to end at 129.7 billion kWh, exceeding results from the previous year. This was due to increased automobile and semiconductor productions as well as greater use of heaters because of lower winter temperatures than the year before.
