Today, Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (President & Director: Satoru Katsuno, hereinafter "Chubu Electric Power) established Chuden Energy Services Incorporated (President & Director: Hiroki Kitaori; hereinafter "Chuden Energy Services"), a new electricity and gas sales agent for Chubu Electric Power in the Aichi, Mie and Gifu areas.
Chuden Energy Services will start commercial operations targeting households and small-to-medium businesses today.
Chuden Energy Services will directly endorse Chubu Electric Power's services and plans to customers by recruiting personnel with a wealth of sales experience and establishing outlets that also sell and repair electric and gas equipment.
Chuden Energy Services will increase opportunities for Chubu Electric Power to interact with a wide range of customers and to better understand customer's needs as part of our endeavor to make the customers' lives more convenient and comfortable.
