    We confirmed the details of 106 consultations received through the Helplines (from August 2024 to January 2025) and deliberated on the responses to these consultations.
  • Changes to Chuden Group/Joint Helplines Rules
    Based on the number of consultations through the Helplines, we decided to unify the consultation contact points of Chuden Group/Joint Helplines from the viewpoint of maintaining a high-quality consultation system and efficient operation, and deliberated on the revision of the regulations accordingly.
  • Results of annual inspection of Thorough Compliance Measures
    We confirmed the status of Thorough Compliance Measures for FY2024, and deliberated the measures for FY2025.

  • Results of Committee for the Prevention of Bribery of Foreign Public Officials and revision of regulations
    At the Committee for the Prevention of Bribery of Foreign Public Officials held on July 17, 2024, Chubu Electric Power, Chubu Electric Power Grid, Chubu Electric Power Miraiz and Chubu Electric Power Group companies including JERA confirmed that their efforts to prevent bribery of foreign public officials are being properly implemented.
    In addition, the Committee discussed the revision of regulations from the viewpoint of clarifying the handling of matters related to prevention of bribery of foreign public officials.
  • Results of Facilities Security Promotion Committee
    At the Facilities Security Promotion Committee held on August 22, 2024, it was confirmed that the relevant laws and regulations for security and the security rules established by the Company are being complied with and properly operated.
