- Lectures on harassment prevention were held by outside lawyers for managers and persons in charge of the compliance desk at the Company and Group companies.
- Lectures were given by outside lawyers to compliance officers at the Company and Group companies on the latest practical trends in various laws and regulations concerning the protection of workers, suppliers, business partners, and other parties.
- A video lecture by an outside lawyer on the position of the Antimonopoly Act (unfair trade restrictions, private monopolies, abuse of superior position, etc.) was distributed to all executives and employees*.

- A questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the awareness and attitudes of employees at Group companies regarding compliance, as well as the level of understanding and acceptance of the Chubu Electric Power Group Basic Compliance Policy and other codes of conduct.
- An animation video was created to raise awareness of Helpline and increase comfort in using it, and was posted on the internal intranet.
- Compliance education tools (training materials, etc.) at workplaces were deployed to the Company and Group companies to raise the level of employees' compliance.
Various compliance-related tools (basic knowledge, case studies, discussion materials, and various guidelines and FAQs) were also deployed through the Compliance Committee internal website to raise the employees’ compliance level.
