Amendments to the Transport Schedule for New Fuel, etc. for FY2012 at Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station

The Transport Schedule for New Fuel, etc. for FY2012 at Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station was issued by Chubu Electric Power on March 30, 2012, and it has now been decided that the new fuel stored in Reactor No.2 at Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station will be transported to the fuel manufacturer in accordance with the following schedule.

It has been decided that the new fuel (52 assemblies) stored in the new fuel storage facility at Reactor No.2 at Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station (facility designed for storing new fuel located on the fifth floor of the reactor building) will be transported to the fuel manufacturer.

The new fuel (96 assemblies) stored in the new fuel storage facility at Reactor No.1 at Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station is also scheduled to be transported to the fuel manufacturer in accordance with the Decommissioning Plan during FY2012. Further details regarding the receiving facility and period of shipment will be advised when decided.
