Change of the FY2016 new fuel transportation schedule for Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station

Chubu Electric Power would like to announce that the low-level radioactive waste transportation schedule of "Schedule of transport of FY2016 new fuel of Hamaoka Nuclear Power Station," which was notified on March 30, 2016, has changed as follows.

Chubu Electric Power planned to transport low-level radioactive in June for FY2016, but it was decided that the transportation timing will be delayed upon adjusting with parties concerned. This was a result of a failure in a ceiling crane located in the low-level waste management building of the Japan Nuclear Fuel Limited's Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Center.

The changed transportation timing will be notified as soon as it is determined.
