Chubu Area Electric Power Demand Results for FY2018 First Half

 While heating equipment use was reduced due to higher spring temperatures compared to last year, the increase in air conditioning use from the higher summer temperatures compared to the year before and the rise in the production of automobile related parts and semiconductors led to a net system energy demand of 65 billion kWh, an increase by 2.4% on an year-to-year basis, up from the previous year's figures for five terms in a row.
