(Headquarters: Higashi-ku, Nagoya-shi; President & Director: Satoru Katsuno; hereafter, "Chubu Electric Power") and Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi; President & Representative Director: Takehiro Honjo; hereafter, "Osaka Gas") will start selling electricity, gas, and related services for homes and businesses in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. CD Energy Direct have in store "Anata Denki" and "Anata Gas", catering to the lifestyle and business needs of customers, as well as other services that support the daily lives of customers and businesses.

There will be a range of affordable home electricity plans that cater to a variety of lifestyles including electricity plans for customers in all-electric homes and gas plans for customers using ENE-FARM, a home fuel cell co-generation system. CD Energy Direct have "set discounts" for customers who sign up to buy both electricity and gas from us and "family point discounts" for customers with other family members buying gas or electricity from Chubu Electric Power and Osaka Gas. "Family point discounts" is also applicable for family members who live in the Chubu and Kansai regions.

CD Energy Direct will also be offering "safety and security services" that provide safety and security to customers by leasing out gas leak alarms and providing extended warranties for gas equipment.

CD Energy Direct is planning to gradually unveil services that use IoT such as children monitoring services, home appliances such as air conditioning and gas equipment control services, and remote pet monitoring services.
