In addition to our efforts from previous years, we believe that this year our new initiatives to provide comprehensive medical inspections for all employees to spot and treat serious illnesses early on and to foster health awareness was valued highly, leading to the honor of being the first operator to be selected for the 2019 Health & Productivity Stock Selection.
Our company promotes work-life balance based on the belief that "life (healthy mind and body and a fulfilling life) is the foundation for employees to work in a lively manner". We will continue to pursue health and productivity management initiatives to help employees realize work-life balance. We will also continue to develop an environment that allows employees to achieve self-actualization through work to further increase market competitiveness.
