Supporting the Success of Older Personnel

Chubu Electric Power has introduced a framework, which is as identical as possible to that for regular employees in terms of working hours and other conditions, so that personnel rehired after mandatory retirement are able to play an active part in a broad range of occupations.

In addition, we have been holding Self-Setup Workshops for employees who reach the age of 52 so that they will be able to maintain their motivation and capabilities and continue to be successful even when they reach an advanced age.
